Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy (SQPHOTO print Items and digital photos)


If you are a UK or EU customer, you may cancel a purchase of merchandise at any time within 14 days of the date of purchase (“Cancellation Period”). Future cannot supply you with your order during the Cancellation Period unless you consent to Future doing so. Future will assume that you wish to receive your order as soon as possible and, if this is not the case, please let us know at the time of order. Please note that the right to cancel during the Cancellation Period does not apply to purchases of any digital items .


Furthermore, please note we cannot accept cancellations, returns or refunds for any digital items once downloading has commenced (all photos files sent via Internet, or sent post on data media).


If you cancel, you will need to return the item to us. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

Damaged during delivery, defective, incorrectly advertised or not what I ordered

You can return your purchase to us within 30 days of receipt if it has been damaged during delivery, is defective, has been incorrectly advertised or isn't what you ordered.

We will issue a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refund policy

If you are entitled to a refund, and you have sent your item back to us; payment will be made back to the credit card or debit card you originally paid with within 10 working days of receipt of the returned item. We will send you an email to confirm that the refund has been processed

after receiving the pictures in the electronic version, there are no refunds.
